To update your personal information, including name, email address, phone number, address, and primary dining location, follow these instructions: Log in to your OpenTable account At the top right of the page, click on your name Then click on "My Profile" On the left hand side you will see the below Menu, click on "Account Details" to update your details If you wish to change your home city permanently, select your new city from the 'Primary dining city.' drop-down box. read more

There are two reasons why your account may be locked. If you tried unsuccessfully to sign in to yourOpenTable account 10 times within 30 minutes, as a precaution we have temporarily locked your account for 30 minutes. If you have forgotten your password, Not to worry!   On our sign in page, click "Help, I forgot my password." Why is my booking missing in my account?

Is it possible that you made the booking over the phone, in person, or under a different email addresses? If you have more than one OpenTable account, please check your other account to see if it might be there. Perhaps the booking did not go through completely. If you did not receive an email confirmation, then the booking may not have been completed, for example by clicking the 'Complete free booking' button. An email confirmation is always sent to the email address you provided when making your OpenTable booking. If you have an email confirmation of the missing booking, please forward this to us with brief explanation. read more

How do I unsubscribe to OpenTable's newsletter or other promotions?

If you would like to unsubscribe to an OpenTable newsletter, click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter.Alternatively, you can manage your email preferences by following the below instructions: Log in to your account and click on your name in the top right corner Click on "My Profile" Click on "Account Details" on the left hand side Click on the 'Email preferences' tab' De-select the email(s) you wish to be unsubscribed from Then click 'Save changes' Although email promotions about a specific restaurant appear to come from OpenTable, they are actually coming from the restaurant. If you are getting unwanted email from a specific restaurant, please contact the restaurant directly and ask them to remove your email address from their files. read more
