Extremely frustrated and angry. Got this as a Christmas gift for my parents and chose to have it emailed to me but it didn't come. I've submitted 2 "support" requests about this with NO response. I even called a number that I found attached to the $200 payment on my debit card and left a message because "all their representatives were busy assisting other customers". I feel like I am being scammed by a large company that took my money and then refuses to deliver what I purchased by ignoring me. WTf!!! What do I do?!
